Introduction to Sound Healing – Level 1 (Full Day Program, 6 Hours)
Step into the world of sound as a pathway to balance, relaxation, and self-care.
This full day foundation is for beginners who want to explore how sound supports emotional release, calm, and energetic alignment — while gaining real hands-on experience with instruments.

>Welcome & Orientation (15–20 min):
Setting intentions and grounding.
>Sound, Energy & the Chakra System (60 min):
Learn how sound influences the body and mind through the chakra system. Discover how emotions — both positive and negative — affect your physical, emotional
>Hands-On Practice (4 hours):
For Yourself: Learn to play and receive sound for self-care and grounding.
For Others: Learn safe techniques to play for a partner or loved one.
**Optional Instrument Choice: Gong, bowl, drum, or chimes etc can be explored if preferred.
Integration &Reflection (20–30 min): Sharing, Q&A, and closing practice.

Participant Requirement
This is a small-group program designed to ensure personal guidance and a supportive learning environment. Sessions run from 1 participant up to a maximum of 4 participants.
This intimate setting allows for hands-on practice, meaningful interaction, and a deeper introduction to sound healing.
