This full-day workshop is a gentle and immersive experience designed to help you reconnect with your own voice — not for performance, but for self-expression, emotional release, and inner stability.

Many people hold their breath, their voice, and their feelings without realising it. Over time, this can show up as tension, self-doubt, fear of speaking up, or feeling disconnected from oneself. This workshop creates a safe space to explore your voice as a tool for grounding, clarity, and emotional release.

You do not need to know how to sing or have any prior experience. The focus is not on sounding “good”, but on listening to your body, breath, and inner rhythm.

What You Will Experience

Throughout the day, you will be guided through gentle practices that support:
Vocal toning and resonance using simple sounds
Breath awareness and grounding
Releasing emotional tension held in the body
Building confidence, presence, and self-trust
Connecting with your natural voice without force or judgment

Workshop Requirement:

This workshop is designed as an immersive, guided experience to support deep vocal release, chakra activation, and authentic self-expression through sound. No instruments are needed — only your own voice.

 

This Workshop Is Suitable If You

  • Hold back your words, emotions, or feelings
