Session Flow
A complete restorative experience aimed at deep relaxation and energetic realignment.

1. Welcome & Introduction (10–15 mins) A gentle check-in and intention setting to align the session with your needs.

2. The Sound Healing Journey (60 mins) Full immersion in gongs, bowls, and sacred instruments. The body is given permission to slow down naturally, allowing rest to happen without effort.

3. Reflection & Integration (10–15 mins) A quiet space to rest, share your experience, or ask questions before closing the circle.
