Deep Relaxation Sound Bath -60 min

In the cool, peaceful environment of Cameron Highlands, you are invited to lie down and simply receive — while the gentle vibrations of gong and sound help your body release tension and your mind gradually slow down. There is nothing you need to manage, fix, or think about. This is your time to receive. As the sound flows, your breathing softens, your thoughts settle, and your body shifts out of stress mode into a deeper state of rest. Body Reset & Chakra Balance – 60 min

If your body constantly feels tense, heavy, or “not quite right” — even when you try to rest — this session helps your system reset from within. You may notice: -difficulty sleeping deeply -digestive discomfort or bloating -unexplained fatigue -or a lingering sense of imbalance in your body Even after resting, your body doesn’t fully feel at ease. This session works gently with the body to release that underlying tension and restore a more natural state of balance. Using a combination of gong vibrations and precise sound tools such as chakra chimes, different areas of the body are supported to relax, regulate, and settle. There is nothing you need to control or understand — simply lie down and allow the body to respond.
