Deep Relaxation with Sound — 60 min

Feeling tired, stressed, or mentally overloaded — even when you have finally found time to rest? Sometimes the body stops, but the mind keeps going. Thoughts continue running, tension remains in the body, and it can be difficult to truly switch off. This private 60-minute session offers you a quiet space to slow down and deeply relax. You will lie down comfortably while I gently guide you into relaxation, followed by the sounds and vibrations of gong, singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. You don't need to know how to meditate or have any experience with sound healing. There is nothing you need to do — simply lie down and receive. As the session unfolds, you may notice your breathing becoming softer, your body feeling more settled, and your mind becoming quieter. You may leave feeling deeply relaxed, calmer, more grounded and clearer in your mind. A gentle place to begin when you simply need to stop, slow down and give yourself time to rest.

Emotional Release & Regulation — 70 min

Sometimes rest helps, but something inside still feels unsettled. You may look fine on the outside, yet feel mentally tired, emotionally heavy, easily triggered, or unable to switch off. What you carry may come from work pressure, relationships, family responsibilities, past experiences, or long-held patterns. Sometimes you know what is affecting you. Sometimes you don't. It may show up as overthinking, emotional exhaustion, repeated reactions, difficulty letting go, body tension, poor rest, or feeling stuck. I am a certified practitioner trained in neuroscience-informed emotional regulation techniques, including BrainSwitch 2.0. I adapt the process to what is showing up for you. This is not counselling or traditional talk therapy. You don't need to tell me your whole story or relive difficult experiences. Instead of only talking about the problem, we work gently with the emotional responses and patterns affecting you now — helping you regulate, create space from what feels overwhelming, and respond differently. The aim is to help you feel more settled, lighter, clearer, and better able to move forward.

Restore & Recharge — Sound Massage & Vibrational Relaxation, 60min

Sometimes stress is not only in the mind — you can feel it in your body. You may feel physically tense, heavy, drained or restless, even after you have had time to rest. Your mind may be ready to slow down, but your body still seems to be holding on. This is a body-focused sound experience using singing bowls, therapeutic sound instruments and vibration around and, where appropriate, directly on the body. Unlike a traditional sound relaxation session where you mainly receive sound from instruments around you, this experience allows you to feel the vibration more directly through the body. There is nothing you need to do. Simply lie down, receive, and allow your body to settle. This session may suit you if you feel physically tense, depleted, heavy, restless, or simply want a more body-focused experience with sound.
